Hello friends! I tried a wreath project I’ve never done before, an Embroidery Hoop Wreath. These embroidery hoop wreaths are SO popular right now. So I HAD to make one for myself!
If you follow my blog then you know I’m all about coastal decor, so I wanted this classic wreath to have a coastal feel to go with my Fall coastal home decor.
Coastal Embroidery Hoop Wreath Supplies:
- Wooden Embroidery Hoop
- Mixed Fall Bush
- Mum Bush
- Hot Glue
- Starfish (optional)
- Wire Cutters
Step 1. Flowers
First pick out your flowers and the color scheme you want. I loved the all white flowers, but I felt I needed to add a little color to this wreath. So the purple and green mums was a great addition.
Remove the flowers and leaves from the stem with wire cutters.
Since the Mixed Fall Bush had pumpkins in it, it really gives this wreath a perfect Fall look that I was going for.
Step 2. Add Flowers
Now it’s time to add your FLOWERS! I pulled out my super “hand dandy” hot glue gun for this project. The BIG gun was needed!
I started off adding the pumpkins at both ends. Then I started filling in the center. Honestly I thought you needed to do it a specific way, but just go for it! I did!
I don’t think theres any wrong way you can do this wreath. It’s going to come out perfect!
What a beautiful Fall wreath made in less then 10 minutes. That’s my kinda craft project!
Of course I had to add my starfish touch! Looking for more coastal fall projects, then check out these mod podge pumpkins I made a couple years ago.
As always, thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this project. I had a great time working on it and I plan on making many more of these embroidery hoop wreaths for each holiday and season.
