We have done a couple fruit stamping crafts here. My son just loves them. I had some pears in the house and thought that it would be a great idea to try pear stamping today!
I was really surprised how great it turned out. The picture really looked like a pear when we were finished.
Getting Started
I grabbed a pear from the fridge and some green and brown paint. Once we had our supplies we headed outside to get started. We had to take advantage of this beautiful weather.
Step 1 – Cut Your Pear
I cut the pear in half. (I know obviously right? It’s a pretty important step so I had to add it)
Step 2 – Create Your Stamp
I had my son dip the pear half in the green paint and gently stamp it on his paper.
Step 3 – Finishing Touches
Once my son was finished I used a little bit of brown paint and painted stems to finish our pears. They look super cute!!
My son loved how his pear stamping turned out. Next were onto celery stamping!!!
This really is a fun craft to do anytime of the year. Plus it’s a great craft to do outside with the kids.
What’s a favorite fruit stamping craft you’ve done and would like to share?
