Haha, Courtney has even thrown a Very Hungry Caterpillar birthday party AND a Brown Bear, Brown Bear birthday party…she’s always giving the boys creative birthday parties FULL of fun and clever party ideas!
OK, so the boys are really eager for storytime. Let’s get them ready!!!
Let’s Get Dressed in Our Eric Carle PJs
All right! The boys are all washed up, let’s get ’em dressed for a good bedtime story.

That’s the look we like to see! He was “over the moon” about his pajamas :)

“How do you put this thing on?”

“Oh yeah, like this!”

This caterpillar is FULL of love!

“Hello. It’s ‘Beary’ nice to meet you!”
Now Brush Those Teeth!
So we’re all dressed in our cozy PJs, let’s get those teeth cleaned.

“You want me to brush my teeth?”

“Sir, yes sir!”

“Now I’m all brushed and ready to pick out my story!”
Time to Pick Out Our Books
Oooh…we’re getting so close to our bedtime story. Now we just need to pick out our books.
Let’s see what they choose…

Our first story is, “Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See?” Excellent choice!

For our 2nd book, we have, “The Very Busy Spider.” Nice pick!

He couldn’t even wait for storytime, haha!

For our final storytime book, our cozy little caterpillar chose…”The Very Hungry Caterpillar.” Well, he does like to eat!

Let’s Go!
Time to blast off for a bedtime story…teepee style!

Prepare for launch in 5…4…3…2…1…

“LIFTOFF!!”
It’s Storytime With Eric Carle
For our bedtime story, Courtney and I thought it would be PERFECT to make a teepee in the playroom for the boys…we were right, they loved it!
Side Note: We were actually inspired by the video from Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, “Everything Has Changed.” We both saw the scene with the teepee and Christmas lights and new we HAD to make our own!

So here’s the impromptu teepee!

The 1st one in, “…just getting familiar with my book before mommy gets in.”

He just wants to see what his older brother is reading!

“Just making myself comfortable. Please cover your eyes Noah. Aiden, turn my book. Please.”

OK boys, time for mommy to read your stories. Get comfortable!

First there were 3…

Then there were 2…

Now we have 1. “I finally get the teepee to myself.” Sweet dreams boys. Shhh…
Now that was nice :) I hope you enjoyed our journey to bedtime. We had a great time getting the boys dressed in our Eric Carle PJs. They were cozy AND comfortable.
