4 Easy-to Make DIY Kid Christmas Ornaments

December 10, 2013 by Courtney Sanchez Leave a Comment

Easy-to make Christmas ornaments for kids

I have done several Christmas crafts with my boys, and wanted to make a roundup of the ornaments we made and share with everyone.

These are 4 fun and easy kids crafts that any child would love. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did :)

1. Popsicle Stick Christmas Tree

These popsicle stick Christmas trees we did are so cute and a lot of fun to make. Since we LOVE button crafts ’round here, we had to add them to our trees. I think they were a perfect addition!

These Christmas trees turned out to be a great ornament!

2. Popsicle Stick Snowflake Ornament

These popsicle stick snowflakes were probably one of the easiest ones we’ve done. My boys had theirs made in no time!

I love the extra sparkle we added to the paint for our snowflakes!

3. Popsicle Stick Reindeer

I’m loving our popsicle stick reindeer we made. They are absolutely adorable and the boys really got a kick out of them!

My boys were so excited to show their reindeer off to everyone!

4. Snowman Handprint Ornament

I think the snowman handprint ornament was by far my favorite!

I get to look back and see their little handprints they made for years to come…can’t get anymore special than that.

Plus, they would make great Christmas gifts!!

This ornament is pretty sentimental to me. My son was still a baby when we made it.

Thanks for checking out the Christmas ornaments we’ve worked on together. With each ornament we’ve made, it has a special memory behind it.

I look forward to pulling out these ornaments every year and reminiscing with my boys about how they made them.

PLUS, I got step-by-step pictures of each boy making them!! Can’t wait to add those to our crafting scrapbook!! Happy Holidays!!

Love, Courtney
